వంగీ బాత్ (వంకాయ అన్నం) (Vangi bath)

Vangi bath recipe

For powder:
Dry roast chanadal, urad dal, cumicseeds, jeera, coriander, redchilli, Coconut.. and grind.

Cooking:

Add ghee urad dal, chana dal, mustardseeds, onions and curry leaves till onions turn colour, add brinjal piece, turmeric, and salt, close with lid and cook for 10-15 min now add tamarind puree now add rice (cooked rice)
